Family/Friends Suite has one twin room and one double room with a separate bathroom in between the bedrooms. For 2-4 guests

2 people occupying one room (twin or king bed room whichever is preferred) £80 per couple per night
2 people occupying both rooms - £100 per night (for two friends or family members who want a room each but happy to share the bathroom) Family or friends occupying both rooms - £120 (3 persons) per night, £140 (4 persons) Garden Room Double room with kingsize bed and en suite shower room: £80 per couple per night Single occupancy (£60) maybe available, please enquire. |

Babies under 1 year - no extra charge
Young children who aren't old enough to sleep in a bed are charged at £5 per night. Please provide your own cot and bedding.
Well behaved dogs are welcome - £10 per night
Staying on Lundy Island? Guests are usually able to leave a car here while they stay on Lundy, though as parking is limited, it cannot be guaranteed at busy times. (A minimum of 2 night b&b booking)
Arrival time is from 4pm - 9pm. An ETA is always much appreciated. Departure time by 10.30am, please.
A deposit will be requested after booking, the equivalent of one night. Refunds are made up to 14 days before arrival less £5 admin. Refunds for cancellations less than 14 days are discretionary.
There are a couple of bikes and sets of golf clubs that guests are welcome to borrow.
